Penny Lee Qualls, CPA - Principal
After earning an associate's degree in business administration from the Erie Business Center, Qualls earned a bachelor's degree in the same discipline from Gannon University.
She has been a member of the PICPA since 1996, and presently serves as the Erie Chapter President-elect. She has also served on such committees as the Image Enhancement, Legislation, Lifestyles and Family Issues and Women in Accounting, and Community Involvement and Social Responsibility.
Penny is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
